Kebaya is the national dress of women in my
country. In olden type of kebaya is divided
by status. Our first president chose kebaya as the national costume of our
country. But after changing the president and the influence of pop culture fame
kebaya decline.
But
this time back into fashion kebaya beloved Indonesian women, all of this thanks
to designers like Dhea Panggabean, Anne Avantie, Amy Atmanto and other
designers who managed to make it look more modern kebaya.
Currently
kebaya widely used for wedding dresses and other formal occasions, of course
with a different design between the kebaya, kebaya bridal and modern.
